No we will provide you with a free quote for all your enquiries, so if you're looking to build a new home or develop your property, get in touch!
Do I need to pay in full before building commences?
No, we accept payment in stages via staged invoices through the building process.
How long will it take to build a new house?
With the current material shortage, we can't provide a live timeframe but get in touch with us for a real time update
Do you help with applying for building consents?
Absolutely, we provide an end to end construction management service.
What does construction management include?
From demolition to the final cleanup, including passing all council inspections through the building process - we do it.
Do you offer fixed price construction management?
Yes, we do.
Project Management
Do you charge a consulting fee for enquiries?
No, we provide a free one hour planning consult and provide you with a free quotation.
What is covered in the 1 hour plannin consult?
We will discuss your project, the proposed budgets and expectations to fully understand your vision. During this meeting we encourage you to bring any plans, project information, ideas and other relevant information to the table.
Do you offer fixed price project management?
Yes, we do!
New Builds
Do you have open homes & show homes?
Depending on the project, we have a spec show home on site for you to experience. Covid restrictions may however affect opening hours.
Do your new homes come with guarantees & warranties?
We provide a 10 year Master Builder Guarantee and a 1 Year of Free Defect Repairs.
How can I find out more about current and future developments for sale?
We release our listings right here and our social media pages. You can also sign up for notifications with us via our newsletter.
Can you help with finance?
Yes we can, we have a professional broker and banker to help our clients fly through the loan approval process.
